• Apparel Specifications: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, details, and prints of our clothing (plain t-shirts, printed graphic t-shirts, oversized fits, combos) as accurately as possible. However, because computer and mobile screens differ in calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% exact.
  
  
• Fit & Sizing: Size charts are provided for reference. Minor variances (within standard textile industry tolerances of ±0.5 to 1 inch) may occur during manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.
  
  
• Combos & Bundles: Combo offers are sold as packaged bundles. Individual components of a bundle cannot be substituted or returned separately unless explicitly approved by our support team.
  
  
• Availability & Discontinuation: All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products or services to any person, household, or geographic region. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  
  

4. Pricing & Modifications

• Prices for our products are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product, promotional discount code, or service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.
  
  
• We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuance of products.
  
  

5. Orders, Billing & Account Information

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  
  
• Order Limits: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, same credit card, same billing address, and/or same shipping address.
  
  
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your contact information, shipping address, and email address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  
  

6. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Prepaid Orders: We accept payment via secure payment gateways supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and recognized digital wallets.

  • COD availability may depend on your delivery pin code and courier feasibility.
    
    
  • We reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp OTP before dispatch.
    
    
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of verified COD orders without a legitimate reason will result in permanent blacklisting of the customer's address and phone number for future COD purchases.
    
    

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates based on courier partner schedules. Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or courier logistical constraints are beyond our direct control.
  
  
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery details (including landmarks, street name, and correct 6-digit pin code). We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
  
  
• Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier and marked as "Delivered" with valid tracking/OTP proof, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  
  

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  
  
• Only the product purchase price is refundable; initial shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
  
  
• Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with original tags intact.
  
  
• Refunds are only issued after the returned merchandise has arrived at our facility and successfully passed physical inspection and verification by our Quality Assurance team.

6. To scrape, crawl, spider, or collect personal information of other users.
   
   
7. To place fraudulent, speculative, or fictitious orders.
   
   

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.
  
  
• In no case shall UrbanGrateetude, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any service or product procured using the site.
  
  
• To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase shall be limited strictly to the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
